Cees Fun Foto Challenge: Wheels

I’ve got three sizes of wheels for Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week:

Scooter wheels on show outside the Modfather store in Camden Lock Market…

An actual tunnel boring cutting blade used in the Docklands Light Railway extension, on permanant display at Cutty Sark DLR station… maybe not technically a wheel as such, but it’s round, it rotates, and it travels along…

The London Eye – definitely the biggest wheel in London! 🙂

  1. Great pictures, Ruth. Seeing the London Eye makes me a little home sick for London. We lived only a 15 minute walk away from it for 10 years and I only ever made it onto the Eye twice! Took many a boat ride from the pier just by it though. London from the Thames is just stunning, especially at night.

      • I totally agree. Now living in Hove, it’s only an hour on the train to London. I look forward to the occasional visit but certainly would not swap Hove for London now. However, I lived in London for 27 years and enjoyed just about every minute from the time I first fell in love with the place. Many happy memories.
