Weekly Photo Challenge: Zig-Zags

Zig-zags are the theme for this week’s DP Photo Challenge – I’ve got a zig-zag of metal girders over a bridge, and a zig-zag design carved into a limestone pillar in York Minster cathedral… 🙂

    • There was just something about the construction of this particular bridge that really caught my eye, no idea why – it seems almost stripped bare in its skeletal, no-nonsense form. I love girders too, and absolutely adore all the rusting, shell-encrusted iron-work underneath all our British Victorian seaside piers! 🙂
